The ruling Union Solidarity and Development Party (USDP) has started rolling out strategies for their campaign in the coming Myanmar elections on 8 November. The opposition National League for Democracy (NLD) confirmed that it will contest even if a constitutional measure barring Aung San Suu Kyi from running for president is not amended.
