Charisse leads project management of EngageMedia’s various events, particularly the Asia-Pacific Digital Rights Festival.

Born in Manila, Philippines, Charisse has been working in events management for the past two decades. She began her career in events management in 2003. Among her recent projects are the 2022 presidential campaign of former Philippine Vice President Leni Robredo and the International Conference on Vaccination Programme Management for UN IOM in the Philippines.

Charisse’s expertise includes financial management, event logistics, technical set-up, and manpower deployment. During the pandemic, she expanded her knowledge of crowd control and additional health and security measures related to COVID-19. She currently holds a level 2 certification as a Safety Officer from Synerquest Management Consultancy Services Inc and she is also a member of the Event Safety Alliance Organisation.

In her free time, Charisse loves to bake cakes and pastries. She also dabbles in photography at her leisure.
